The Lottie W. Thornton Early Childhood Center provides a high-quality early childhood learning environment that fosters growth, development, and early learning in young children.

Late Fee
Fee: $25.00

Parents should notify the Center if they are running late. Parents of children picked up after 5:30 PM will pay a late fee of $25.00. Every five minutes after 5:30 PM, an additional $5.00 will be added to the late fee. Payment of late fees should be paid by the next working day or your child can not attend until it is paid.
