The 2026 Tri-Alpha Student Leadership Conference is a one-day experience designed to empower, inspire, and connect first-generation college students through leadership development, personal growth, and meaningful engagement.
This conference provides students with an opportunity to strengthen their leadership skills, gain valuable knowledge, connect with fellow first-generation students, and develop tools that can support their success throughout college and beyond. Attendees will be encouraged to recognize the value of their unique experiences while building the confidence needed to become effective leaders on campus, in their communities, and in their future careers.
Through a day centered on leadership, growth, networking, and empowerment, the Tri-Alpha Student Leadership Conference seeks to create an encouraging environment where first-generation students can learn, connect, and prepare for their next steps.
